This project is in the heart of the "Stockel Plateau", a place characterized by inter-war constructions.

The architectural treatment of the project was inspired by the modernist buildings present in the neighborhood: refined architectural composition, horizontal lines, simple geometric volumes, clear plaster, contrasting tones, flat roofs, cascade effects and overflowing roofs.

Our project gives the illusion of a set of 3-4 facades villas by a composition of setbacks and terraces. Thanks to the natural slope of the land, we have built a large roof terrace above the garages, offering each accommodation an outdoor area-oriented South-West.
