We use the 2 sites as a single plot divided by a transversal road and connect by a longitudinal square. The plot is also open in one more side to be connect with neighbor and a offices business close by.

As the plot was defined we simply extrude the areas. And to create diversity and different kind of relationship according to the functions, there is different levels and offset what give more dynamic environment. A big platform terrace is designed to connect all the volumes. The desired global effect is tacked volumes.
